| Before you
can book any of our services for your dog, you need to register
your dog with us. |

| We'll come
to you, at your convenience to meet you and your dog. During the
registration we'll find out all about your dogs health, history,
behaviour and habits. We'll also provide advice and guidance on
nutrition and common problems that may be affecting your dog. |

| Provided we're
all happy to go ahead, we'll ask you to sign our Agreement and provide
us with a copy of your dogs' vaccination record. |
| |
| Finally, we'll
need to agree access arrangements for the collection of your dog
from your home in the future. A spare key is usually the best solution.
